Dear Tumblr: My cat has a cold. Are there things I can do without taking him to a vet to make him less congested?

He’s sneezing much more than usual, and occasionally inhales as strong as possible and sucks his snot back into his skull.  He walks around dripping watery snot otherwise.

I don’t think giving him chicken noodle soup is the answer, even if he thinks it’s a brilliant idea.  

Do you have any home remedies/recommendations for helping him?
